Welcome to Billixabill! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Billixabill website, mobile applications, and cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform (collectively, the “Service”).
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using Billixabill to manage your restaurant or grocery business, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
1. Description of Service
Billixabill provides a digital restaurant and grocery management SaaS platform that includes features such as retail billing, digital invoicing, inventory tracking, and sales analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis and is intended strictly for commercial and business use.
2. Account Registration and Security
- Eligibility: You must be a valid business entity or an individual capable of forming a legally binding contract to use this Service.
- Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.
- Credentials: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Any activity occurring under your account is your legal responsibility.

3. Subscription, Fees, and Payments

5. Intellectual Property
- Our Tech: All software, algorithms, source code, user interfaces, logos, designs, and branding associated with the Billixabill platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Billixabill and its founders.
- Restrictions: You agree not to copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of our software, or bypass any security features built into the platform.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use Billixabill to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international laws (including tax and consumer protection laws).
- Upload harmful code, malware, viruses, or run automated scripts that strain or disrupt our cloud servers.
- Input fraudulent transactions or store illegal data.
7. Limitation of Liability
- “As Is” Basis: Billixabill is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. While we strive for 100% server uptime and data accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Cap on Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Billixabill shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including loss of profits, revenue, or business data—arising out of your use or inability to use the software. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past three months.
8. Account Termination & Data Retention
- By You: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard or by emailing billixabill@gmail.com.
- By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or fail to pay subscription fees.
- Data After Termination: Upon cancellation or termination, your data will be securely preserved for a grace period of 90 days, allowing you time to reactivate your plan or request a backup. After 90 days, inactive accounts and data may be permanently deleted from our active databases.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of the use of this software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts where the platform operations are registered.
